How We Can Start Acknowledging Our Blessings
A friend shared this with me…
And now I want to share it with all of you, there is much to reflect on and ponder, particularly given what is going on in the world right now.

Hello everyone,
I hope everyone is taking care of your self and are safe.
I am sure all of you are aware of the ways to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe. I hope you are not only practicing “social distancing” and wearing a mask, but also taking care of your immune system, and doing daily exercise consistently. It is so important to have had a daily routine for your mental and physical, and emotional health. In these unusual times. If we keep our immune system and our physical health strong, in the event if we do catch the coronavirus, we would have a better chance to fight off the virus.
Recently I have discovered, a wonderfully informative, Podcast, “The Doctor ‘s Farmacy” By Mark Hyman MD. Dr. Hyman practices integrated medicine.
Many of us are just beginning to learn about what integrated medicine is?
I hope many would take the time to listen to what Dr. Hyman has to say.
I have posted links to his TED talk and his podcast interview with DR, Robert Thurman on Buddhism. Robert Thurman is the Leading American expert on Tibetan Buddhism in the United States. He is also the father of actress, Uma Thurman. I had read Robert Thurman’s book “Inner Revolution” in the early ’90s After all these years, I am more impressed with his knowledge than ever before. I am grateful that he is still out there teaching us.
Enjoy!
And let me know what you think of it down in the comments. As always, I love to hear from you.
Namaste,
Mi Sun 🙏
Please take the time to watch this amazing Ted Talk by Max Strom. The subject is dealing with Stress and Grief through a simple breathing technique.
I had never heard of Ervin Laszlo until I listened to his TED talk. I felt like I must have been living under a rock. What he had to say is both profound and timely. Currently, I am reading one of his books “The Self – Actualizing Cosmos”.
