Are you getting enough exercise?
What concerns me right now is that most of us are in self-quarantine, and many of us are not keeping up with physical exercise. This will affect us emotionally, psychologically, and physically.
I’ve been teaching yoga in-person for 11 years, and my students are between 30 and 90 years of age. The majority are seniors. I started teaching online yoga during the pandemic because a lot of my students wanted to keep up with their yoga practice and didn’t know where to go.
