Do I have enough technical skills to take part in the classes?

No special technical expertise is required for participation. All you need in addition to a stable internet connection is a computer/laptop or a mobile device (phone or tablet).

Can I do yoga if I’m not flexible or in shape?

Yes, and a lack of flexibility is actually a great reason to sign-up for these classes. A regular yoga practice will enhance your flexibility and mobility.

Is previous yoga experience required?

No previous experience on yoga or meditation is necessary.

How the live classes work?

As a member, you can join a live class to practice with Mi Sun in real-time. All live classes are recorded so you can practice your favorite class again and again until the next class happens.

If you are an up to date active subscriber, you don’t have to worry about renewing because it is automatically self-renewed every month.

If you signed up as a member you have to manually renew your membership every month to keep it active.
