Mi sun’s Yoga is Accessible to Everyone
“There is always a crowd of 20+ individuals who show up two days a week at the NPB library for Mi Sun’s Yoga classes. You just need to bring a mat. I love the classes because no matter how old or young you are, or how flexible you feel, are long-time yogis, or even down-dog… first timers, Mi Sun’s Yoga is accessible to everyone of all levels and you basically start from where you are. People are attracted to the unique old meditative practice and learning how to handle every day stress better. I look forward to coming each week to help improve and keep my coordination and flexibility, as well as, maintain a sense of quiet and calmness. Mi Sun continues her yogi practices and training throughout the year and even brings another facet of wellness by talking about dietary and changes needed to live healthy lifestyles. No class fee, but as a mission to commit and live with intention, Mi Sun accepts donations and the proceeds go to many charities throughout the year. I appreciate all her efforts.
