Mi Sun has been teaching Yoga for almost 13 Years. From the beginning, her hope has been to make yoga accessible to all regardless of their age or economic status.
She has designed Yoga practices that incorporate poses, breathing exercises, and guided meditations. Restoring flexibility, building physical strength, and improving sleep quality, are some of the benefits that participants have experienced with these yoga practices.
