During the past five years, Mi Sun has been teaching Yoga at the North Palm Beach Library on a donation basis, on Monday and Thursday mornings. In the beginning there were only a handful of people. Today the class has grown to an overflowing group and someday’s there is“no room at the inn.”We try however to make every effort to accommodate all those who take the time to show up.
Loving kindness and more…
A yoga class with Mi Sun is filled with loving kindness, insights for a healthier life and lifestyle along with asanas to build strength and balance. Mi Sun’s brings her wisdom from many trainings and her own life’s experience into every class ending each with a beautifully guided meditation.

Mi sun’s Yoga is Accessible to Everyone
“There is always a crowd of 20+ individuals who show up two days a week at the NPB library for Mi Sun’s Yoga classes. You just need to bring a mat. I love the classes because no matter how old or young you are, or how flexible you feel, are long-time yogis, or even down-dog… first timers, Mi Sun’s Yoga is accessible to everyone of all levels and you basically start from where you are. People are attracted to the unique old meditative practice and learning how to handle every day stress better. I look forward to coming each week to help improve and keep my coordination and flexibility, as well as, maintain a sense of quiet and calmness. Mi Sun continues her yogi practices and training throughout the year and even brings another facet of wellness by talking about dietary and changes needed to live healthy lifestyles. No class fee, but as a mission to commit and live with intention, Mi Sun accepts donations and the proceeds go to many charities throughout the year. I appreciate all her efforts. I was truly moved and inspired. I believe there has been a sublime, but remarkable and significant shift in all who attended. Thank you so very much for initiating this growth, and for being such amazing and creative catalysts!

I would highly recommend this unit of study for all who have the desire to understand the joy that yoga practice brings to ones life and beyond.
