Her programs integrate physical poses, breathing techniques, and guided meditation. Students report improvements in flexibility, strength, and sleep quality.
Classes are available in-person at the studio, online via Zoom with unlimited access to recorded sessions through a subscription model, and as private one-on-one sessions.
